This member-led call focused on the upcoming election cycle, seeking to bring forth resources and tools to support member advocacy and mobilization. There is a lot at stake, and communities must be prepared to continue the quest to shift and subvert top-down models in favor of community-driven climate resilience planning and solutions, regardless of the election's outcome.
This call provided the space for members to engage in pre-election planning, align around post-election next steps, and share resources and supports that may benefit the greater community. Members were invited to come to this call with any existing information, resources, tools, as well as sharing actionable steps members can take this election season.
