Workshop Description: One of the core principles of community-driven planning is ‘planning for implementation.’ Community power ensures that plans don’t just sit on shelves, but are translated into concrete action with real impact in the lives of community members. What challenges do we face in turning plans into action? What can we do during the planning process to plant the seeds for implementation? How can we build enough community power to ensure plans are actualized? These are some of the questions we will explore during this interactive 2.5-hour online workshop.
